Highest elevations like PB in West Milford, Warren, Morris, HV and Sussex 2′ = 24″ plus

Thursday looks to be a done deal at this point as well.

Power outages likely in these regions.

Snowfall rates can be 3-5/6″ per hour for hours in the late morning through afternoon/ early evening.

If yuo did not heed my warnings it is too late for things tomorrow.
