He will be fueled by a strong upper level trough and a jet streak over the great lakes that will lessen his weakening.

HE WILL BE A SERIOUS STORM WHEN HE GETS HERE FOR THE SHORES AND INLAND AREAS.

STARTING TIME BETWEEN 3-4AM TROPICAL STEADY RAINS MOVE IN

WINDS:

NNJ, NYC  45-60MPH GUSTS

SHORE AND LI 50-70MPH GUSTS

PICK UP EARLY AM 7-8AM

STRONGEST WINDS FROM THE SE STARTING AROUND 10-12AM LASTING THROUGH 5-6PM AND THEN HE PULL OUT OF HERE

RAINFALL AMOUNTS :

WESTERN NJ 4-6″ OF FLOODING RAINS – FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE UP

NE NJ AND NYC 2-4″
