Well I said on Oct 2nd that Mr. Frost and Freeze would be coming to the ruburbs an dit did just that. Now this dynamic duo is coming to the burbs, the cities UHI (Urban Heat Island) contaminants this cold, erases it USUALLY but not here Heat Miser Central, wind chill swill be cold!!!!! Its going to come to fruition sadly as I see all indicators showing a market crash and the prophets have been calling it for months now as they have been instructed to do so. I do not care what the market bounce backs are doing, we have 28% inflation, 31 trillion in debt and the way we keep printing and sending money overseas to the Ukraine only to go into teh pockets of the elites in a proxy war we’ll have nothing left, oil is ready to explode once we finish the drain on the SPR – startegic ptroleum reserve which is at its lowest since Welcome Back Carter days all to buy votes, the housing market is spiraling down with interest rate for a 30 year mortgae over 7%, food shortages and prices that keep going up – Chock Full of Nuts 110z on sale is now $2.99 when 2 weeks ago it was on sale for $2.49 = 20% increase, going to be a rough Thanksgiving for many.
Stocks are set for a big drop as I have been saying and it just a matter of days now before we see the settle in.
Absent a rapid escalation in rents, everything seems to be in place for a historic crash in housing prices.
