My writing 13 hours ago in black:

We have a  moderate snowstorm incoming for 4-6” as I called last night and told the boys at my lunch table on Tuesday about and they said what now way it is spring like outside. True BUT it is not spring ………..YET.

Start time: 11-2 AM ish from West to East (Nope 3-6 AM RATSS!!)

END time: 10-12AM West to east (YUP)

Amounts:

NNJ/LHV 4-6” (lower end colder surfaces not the roads – KUDOS to DELO on this call at lunch yesterday)

NY City 3-5” (2-4” at best)

CLI to ELI – 4-8” (lower end to middle)

SCHOOL  SNOW DAY? I say we can lock that up for NNJ, LHV and LI folks.

CAN YOU SAY BUSTTTTTTTTTTT !!!!

Oh boy did I have to hear thismorning from friends, and more so my family. So what happened – it did not get in here fast enough as highlighted above-  both the cold air was delayed by about 4 hours as was the precip – rats dang it!

Many schools in the NNJ, LHV area (Morris, Sussex, Passaic, Westchester, Rockland Counties) had delayed openings. SORRY peeps – 2nd blown call in my 12 years of making such calls for schools – heck if it was me I would have given a delay just for the heck of it – why not day still counts – win/win!

Radar is juicy just needed this 3-4 hours earlier – UGGHHH

Tuesday Time frame:

I guess me and BIG MOMMA will have to make it up next week, I kid you not. Overnight models just busted a gut with this storm and showed what I was talking about the threesome, triple lindy, and three way phase. Need this to stay the course for another 4 days and actually happen, and then I can claim redemption!!!
