Peeps,

From the NWS out of NYC

They are starting to see what I have been saying for the 3 days now!!

This from Frank the P (Leader of the NJ Strong weather Board)- they should move that HWW to cover the entire Metro area period!

The biggest change is the 500mb, 750mb, and 850mb low’s are expected to track just off the coast according to guidance. This would pull low level cold air closer to the coast and bring about more wintry precipitation. To me, the biggest concern remains high winds and coastal flooding. We’ll see how models trend with the wintry precip later tonight, but I feel that would be mainly confined to interior and N&W of NYC. Don’t be surprised to hear thunder tomorrow. This storm looks ferocious on current radar imagery.

I have a bad feeling peeps not going to take seriously and been blind sided – power outages going to be flying in my opinion.

What should one do:

Get Batteries, flashlights, turn the fridge and freezer to the coldest settings, if you have a well fill the tub and other pots and pans with water o flush the toilets and drink water, bath, charge all cell phone and keep off so you can conserve your battery, get gas if you have a generator.

Updates to come.
