I have been writing about this since the end of January and telling ya’ll to get prepared cause it is upon us and we’ll have many inconveniences for a bit of time 2 maybe 3 weeks.
My friend again who has a good friend on the seat at the Fed Reserve said they are feeling pressure to stabilize as much as they can the economy. One measure they are looking into is to delayed or suspend mortgage payments for one to possibly three months to help those folks out and two to have the IRS extend the tax deadline to May 15th and implement installment plans. This would be a help for sure to many who maybe displaced from work during this. Now renters, he landlords should follow the same since they will not have a mortgage to pay – trickle down affect.

My suggestion is to get some cash out, again a few hundred dollars out of the bank to be safe during these times if not done so. Weather and CONVID 19 Correlation?
This is a video that correlates the virus to the weather , what else it’s a weather blog people not a TMZ blog!! Though some have said I am spreading the fear and fanning the flames, No WAY JOSE O”REILLY it is the truth of what my sources and information that is being put out publicly.

Much of the research that went into this index came from: https://ssrn.com/abstract=3550308 (Temperature & Latitude Analysis to Predict Potential Spread & Seasonality for COVID-19). This study found a number of weather-related similarities between regions experiencing the worst outbreaks.
The most notable similarities were that weather patterns across regions worst hit by COVID19 had temperatures mostly between 5°-11°C (41°-52°F) & humidities between 47%-79%. The cities looked at in the study also did not dip below 0°C (32°F), suggesting a possible temp minimum.
This is a very interesting video that my friend sent me. It says that the virus is thriving in areas that have the right temperature and humidity – like a BF or GF on a Fri/Sat night – timing is everything.
If this research and hypothesis is true then lets hope for a warmer pattern that is consistently above these conditions – this temperate should begin to settle in by us here in the Tri-State by midish April – yes Friday will be in teh 70-74 temperature range but one day isn’t going to do it – we need a week to two to kill this virus off or a vaccination and more importantly social distancing!!!
